Maranta Prayer Plant For Sale | Maranta Leuconeura Houseplant
“Prayer plant” gets its common name from the plant’s habit of folding its leaves together at night, as in praying hands. This houseplant is primarily grown for its exotic-looking striped leaves, and with its low-growing habits, it’s equally happy in its white ceramic pot or in a hanging basket.
And while it is technically easy to grow, prayer plant has its preferences. Keep the soil moist without letting the plant sit in water or get water on its leaves, and make sure it receives a little extra humidity. Treat it right, and it’ll reward you with its unusually beautiful growth.
Choose which container you would like! Each plant includes a plastic 3-4 inch nursery/grower’s pot without a saucer. Upgrade to a ceramic pot (pictured) of your color choice with a matching saucer!
